The City invites Bids from qualified Suppliers to provide all certified trades labour, Equipment and Materials/Supplies required to perform all the Preventative and Demand Maintenance services and inspections necessary to certify the Fire Monitoring Equipment, as well as provide annual monitoring of the fire alarm systems, located in various City facilities within Mississauga, ON.

The City wishes to obtain Suppliers that will achieve the following desired result:

1. Excellent quality of workmanship;
2. Ability to troubleshoot, recommend, and estimate required repairs;
3. Carry out the work in the most efficient, safe, and effective manner with minimal disruption to City programs and patrons;
4. Provide certified professional personnel;
5. Ability to provide timely 24 hours a day service, 365 days per year
