This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Supplier account.  Suppliers select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Supplier by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Procurement opportunities are posted on this website.  

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring their Supplier account information is kept current.

CORTM Program for Construction Contracts – Update May 16, 2022

The City of Mississauga has adopted the Certificate of Recognition (CORTM) program as part of its construction contract management and construction tendering processes. This demonstrates the City’s ongoing commitment to health and safety for contractors, employees and residents.


The City currently requires construction contractors to be CORTM Certified for all construction projects over $10M.

Effective July 1, 2023, the City will require CORTM Certified construction contractors for construction projects over $5M, pending verification of market readiness. 

Effective July 1, 2024, the City will require CORTM Certified contractors for construction projects over $100,000, pending verification of market readiness.
