The City is seeking a general contractor to complete all the Work described in the Contract documents including but not limited to: Project Management, site supervision & safety per OHSA Regulations, private utility locates, Ontario One Call locates, coordination, supply, installation, and coordination of necessary sub-contractors, overall responsibility of the work, liaise with the City’s Contract Manager, conduct bi-weekly construction meetings. More detailed information is included in Appendix C - Statement of Work.
