The City owns and operates an existing portfolio of over 350 buildings of various age, size, function and type. In order to maintain this portfolio of buildings and keep them in a state of good repair, the Facilities & Property Management Division implements and delivers a multi-million annual capital program of life cycle renewal and improvement projects. The City is seeking qualified firms for inclusion on a Roster list to undertake consultant services on an ‘as and when required’ basis. The City is seeking firms to fill the following categories: Category 1A: Architectural Services (consulting fees per project valued between $25,000 and $249,999)
