Description: 

The City is seeking construction services to expand the existing Lake Aquitaine Playground. The work includes but is not limited to: 

  • Removals and Demolitions (existing playground surfacing, drainage, sod, ect.) 
  • Site Drainage (Storm) 
  • Grading and Excavation 
  • Soil Reuse / Disposal 
  • Playground safety surface 
  • Administer and oversee installation of custom wood playground
  • Cast in place concrete paving and curb
  • Asphalt paving
  • Site restoration 
  • Site Furnishings 

The  construction start date is anticipated to be in Fall 2024.
