The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking a minimum of two (2) qualified vendors for rejuvenation services for approximately 4500 young trees for the 2022 season. 

To be considered for Contract award, the successful Bidder(s) must demonstrate:

• They are readily available to undertake Contract requirements; 
• They have been  in the business of horticulture and/or landscaping services for a minimum of the last five(5) years; 
• They have been operating under the same company name for at least the last three (3) years;
• They have relevant experience (with contracts of comparable size, scope and complexity) with a minimum of one municipal or public agency contract successfully completed or in process (within the last three years); 
• They have sufficient staff (including dedicated crews and administrative staff) and capacity to properly service and administer the Contract, with a minimum of six (6) full time staff, a minimum of two (2) Supervisors and four (4) Labourers; 
• Supervisory staff assigned to the City’s Contract have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in horticulture.
