The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct general market research to determine the availability of a robust solution to help City of Mississauga Traffic Signals and Systems to manage Traffic Signal Priority (TSP). Emergency Pre-Emption (EVP) System is nearing the end of it’s life and a new EVP system will need to be procured and integrated with the existing ATMS system, which is the iNet system from Parsons Inc. Additionally Transit Signal Priority (TSP) is a fundamental piece of the City’s Transportation Master Plan which will aid in providing better schedule adherence and improve the transit network.  The city requires one new EVP/TSP system that integrates with our existing systems.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information on suppliers and their products. There is no purchase anticipated at this time. This is a RFI for gathering information only and there may or may not be any further steps. Information gathered and obtained during this process may be used to support future procurement(s). No award will be made based on this RFI.
