Description: 

Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves:

  • Demolition of existing washroom building;
  • Site works; including mobilization, utilities, new trees, concrete and asphalt work;
  • Construction of new comfort station building (approx. 1,300 sq.ft).

A new single-storey washroom building, including all associated site upgrades, and required site services and connections within and outside property boundary as shown on the drawings as well as landscaping.
