TThe purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure Construction Services for Spray Pads, Playgrounds and Park Improvements in various City Parks. There are a total of five (5) Parks, which are grouped into zones based on their location within the City as follows:

Zone 2
Zone 3
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves spray pad lifecycle replacement, supply and instal shade structure, accessible seating, bicycle parking, tree planting, utility connections/updates, playground replacement with EWF and sand play and more. More details information will be included in Appendices.
The city intends to award the contract to three distinct contractors, with each contract awarded based on the lowest acceptable bid submitted for a specific zone. Bidders are permitted to submit bid for one or more zones. However, should a single bidder be identified as the lowest acceptable bidder for multiple zones, the contract for any additional zones will be awarded to the next lowest acceptable bidder for those zones. If the city receives fewer than three bid submissions, city reserve the right to award multiple zones to the same bidder. |

Awarded Summary
The Contracts will be awarded to the lowest acceptable bidders in the combination that results in the lowest total cost to the City. The combination of awarding Zone 1 to Cambium Site Contracting Inc., Zone 2 to Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc., and Zone 3 to CSL Group Ltd would be the lowest total cost to the City.
