Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Bids from qualified Bidders to  develop a comprehensive Retail Strategy for the City of Mississauga.  The Retail Strategy is intended to assess the current and future potential of the retail sector in Mississauga and develop a road map for building a thriving retail offer as part of a healthy, vibrant, inclusive and walkable community.  

The deliverables include:

Land Use Analysis

Market and Community Analysis 

Assessment of Current Context, Benchmarking and Market Feasibility

Stakeholder Consultation

Interim Report

Phase 2:  

Strategy and Implementation Plan Recommendations
