The City invites pre-qualified bidders to submit bids for the construction of a new mountain bike course at Max Ward Memorial Park. The Work under this Contract includes all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and services necessary to complete the construction of a new mountain bike course in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Construction Work will include, but not limited to, site preparation, removals, earthworks, grading, armourstone edge and seating, drainage, hardscape, granular surfacing, metal works, site furnishings, mountain bike trail features, planting and all associated restoration.
