The City of Mississauga (the City) requires an experienced and qualified cleaning contractor to carry out post event cleaning Services at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre 5500 Rose Cherry Place 5,000 seat event arena facility. Events at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre include 24 regular season 905 G League basketball games, and 33 regular season OHL hockey regular season games. Additional G league and OHL games may occur dependent on advancement in the playoffs. Other events include various concerts and other sporting type events for an average combined event total of approximately 80 events per year. Cleaning services may also include some events occurring in the fieldhouse in the Sportsplex facility. The Contractor must be available to clean the Facilities directly following special events. The Contractor will also be responsible for supplying all cleaning products and equipment. |
