The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“City”) is seeking qualified Armoured Car Services to: (a) pick up bills and cheques from specified City locations and deliver them to the City’s designated bank; and (b) provide and deliver coin float replenishments to specified City locations.  

The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that it meets the following requirements:

1. Has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing contracts of a similar scope of work as the City’s requirements;
2. Has five (5) references from clients for whom a similar scope of work has been, or is being, satisfactorily performed. A minimum of three (3) of the references shall be from municipal clients for whom the Bidder has been performing similar services for a minimum of five (5) years;
3. Is a courier authorized to have access to both Toronto and Mississauga Intria locations for receiving and distributing bills, cheques, and coins.(List of qualified couriers has been provided to the City by Intria);
4. Is fully licensed to specifically operate an armoured car service, as required by the Federal and Provincial government.
