Description: 

The City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking detailed bids from qualified firms interested in acting as prime Consultant in the provision of consulting, design, and construction administration services for Pedestrian Bridge Redevelopment at Various Parks located within the City. 

Consultant team shall provide consulting services as one coordinated and integrated services. Coordination with the City shall be through the City’s Contract Manager.

The construction will be implemented using the CCDC 2-2008 Stipulated Price Contract, with City Amendments.

The anticipated construction start date is August 2025 with a Substantial Performance in  December 2025.
