BIDDING OPPORTUNITYThe purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to shortlist qualified architectural firms for two (2) upcoming projects involving the new construction or the redevelopment of Community Centre and Library buildings. Only those firms that prequalify through this RFPQ will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the two (2) Community Centre and Library projects. Each pre-qualified Bidder may be awarded a maximum of one (1) of the two (2) Community Centre and Library projects.
