Request for Proposal for MiWay’s Zero Emission Change Management Strategy. MiWay is working towards a zero-emission future and significant changes are on the horizon to support this successful transition. A clear vision, shared goals, and a well-defined plan are essential to guiding the organization through this transformation. To support this initiative, MiWay is seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive change management strategy focused on organizational readiness—ensuring that all levels of the organization from leadership to front-line staff across all departments within the City are aligned and prepared to support the transition. Technical readiness (infrastructure, data, technology and fleet requirements) is excluded from the Scope of Work
