The City will engage the Supplier to manage, plan, administer and deploy surveys to receive continuous employee feedback to gain insights on employee sentiments with the ability to action the feedback as an integral part of the Employee Listening Strategy that will be implemented at the City. The Solution entails implementing and utilizing a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the duration of the contract term that includes a modern scalable and secure employee survey/listening platform and professional/expert services to manage, plan, and administer surveys including associated reporting for employee lifecycle movements within the Corporation of the City of Mississauga. The employee listening platform will consist of surveys including engagement and demographic factors; pulse surveys on various themes; and employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, exit, etc.) surveys.
