The City invites bids from qualified General Contractors for the Lakeview Golf Course Maintenance Building Redevelopment located at 1290 Dixie Road, Mississauga, Ontario, L5E 2P4.

The project consists of the demolition of the existing Lakeview Golf Course (LGC) Maintenance Building and construction of a new maintenance facility, parking lot, and landscaping within a heritage-designated golf course. The work includes the supply and installation of a pre-engineered building structure to facilitate an accelerated construction schedule. Strict adherence to the project schedule is mandatory to minimize operational impacts during the 2027 golf season.

Construction is scheduled to commence October 13, 2026, with Substantial Performance and Total Completion required by October 29, 2027. Major site works, building superstructure, and garage interiors construction shall be completed by March 1, 2027, followed by interior fit-out of the office and administration area as well as commissioning activities. The project includes two phased Occupancy milestones: Phase 1 Occupancy (garage bays) by March 2027 and Phase 2 Occupancy (office and administrative areas) by October 2027.
