Description: 

The City invites Bids from qualified suppliers for the Preventative and Demand Maintenance services for pool and arena dehumidifiers, located in various Facilities within Mississauga, ON. The successful Bidder will be responsible for the following high-level deliverables:

  1. Preventative Maintenance (PM): Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure all dehumidifiers operate reliably and efficiently.
  2. Demand / Corrective Maintenance (DM): Respond promptly to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and restore equipment to full working order.
  3. Reporting: Provide maintenance reports summarizing inspections, corrective actions, and recommendations for equipment performance improvement.
  4. Coordination and Compliance: Schedule maintenance activities in collaboration with City staff, while adhering to all applicable safety and operational standards.
