Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the Construction and Installation of Prefabricated Modular Office Structures for Two (2) Works Yard Operational Hubs Replacement at:

Malton Depot: 7100 Fir Tree Drive, Mississauga, ON; and
Mavis South Depot: 3185 Mavis Road, Mississauga, ON

The work includes, but is not limited to:

  • removal and demolition of existing operational hubs
  • replacement of existing building with a single storey prefabricated modular structure, including mechanical, electrical, security / IT and other building systems
  • site services – mechanical and electrical 
  • new foundations
  • accessibility upgrades 
  • finishing activities
