The scope of work involves the removal of an existing cast in place concrete retaining wall between the property and the sidewalk and the replacement with a steel pile and concrete lagging panel wall with integral privacy screen.  

Work will also include the replacement of the concrete sidewalk at a higher elevation to keep the Grade to maximum 5%, re-grading the grassy area between the sidewalk and the roadway, adjustment of an existing catch basin, installation of short sections of concrete wall and fencing, removal and pruning of some trees affected by the Work, the protection of adjacent Bell cable, the removal of an existing concrete toe wall supporting a residential driveway, and replacement with a new concrete toe wall with chain-link fence on top, the replacement of the concrete sidewalk at base of wall, replacement of asphalt driveway at top of wall and the protection of existing vegetation and Utilities.
