The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is looking to procure a General Contractor to complete designated substance abatement and demolition of accessory structures at a Heritage-designated site located at 56 Ontario Street East, Mississauga. The Work includes abatement, demolition and removal of four (4) structures, associated disposals, backfilling, and site restoration/landscaping, while preserving and protecting the Hyde Mill Ruins heritage structure throughout all activities.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, equipment, materials, and coordination necessary to deliver the Work in accordance with applicable legislation, standards, permits, approvals, and heritage protection requirements, including implementation of measures to prevent vibration and any damage to the Heritage Designated structure.
