The City invites Proponents to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a fireworks/pyrotechnics presentation for Canada Day and New Year’s Eve Celebrations. The term of the resulting contract shall be for a two (2) year period with the combined base budget of $90,000.00 (excluding HST). Fireworks/pyrotechnics presentations launched from the rooftop of Mississauga Civic Centre, with firing locations situated on the peaked roof of Civic, the office tower roof and the fourth-floor balcony. Show must be designed and executed in a way that meets all governing regulations. Fall out zone must not impact programming elements of the event or limit audience viewing space. The design of the presentation is to be based on the theme of the event, working with artists and production when required. |
