The purpose of this Request for Tender is to procure for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga a Construction Contractor to complete Heritage Restoration works, trail light refurbishment, and driveway and parking lot re-paving works. 

The Project site is the Adamson Estate Site, located at 850 Enola Avenue in the city of Mississauga, Ontario. The City’s intention is to undertake works to the Adamson Estate Main House and Site to ensure the property remains in a state-of-good-repair. 

The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to:

• Restoration of roof, windows, and doors;
• Re-paving of driveway and parking lots; 
• Replacement of Trail Light Fixtures, and;
• Provision for access to carry out Works (e.g. scaffolding), including any and all necessary Engineered drawings, certifications, and/or inspections.
