The City is seeking a Supplier to undertake the work required to create an Information Technology Strategy (“Strategy”). The Strategy will determine the future roadmap for the City’s Technology, outlining the key priorities, initiatives, and investments that will enable the City to deliver efficient, effective, and innovative services to its citizens and stakeholders. Currently, the City’s IT Master plan is set to expire in 2025 and this project incorporates building a new plan. Under the Statement of Work, the Supplier will improve the City’s current processes by executing the project goals and objectives detailed herein. The project will promote a sustainable IT department that can facilitate and provide effective services to residents, businesses, and staff. It will provide direction for what the main priorities are to be, and how to best achieve them based on requirements of the organization and taking into account best practices and experience of the Supplier. |
