Description: 

The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga, construction services for Gulleden Park Redevelopment.  

The project site is located southeast of Burnhamthorpe Blvd E and Dixie Road, adjacent to the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre building parking lot; the park address 1500 Gulleden Drive. The goal of this project is to create a safe and accessible community park for social gathering, recreation and introspection. 

Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves paving, planting, signage, shade structure/ prefabricated buildings, sports facilities, ice rink, spray pad, playground and site furniture.
