Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves:

The project consists of the review of existing conditions, and replacement of existing in-ground hoists as described below;

Phase 1 - Malton Satellite Terminal – 6780 Professional Ct.:

• Five (5) x two (2) post, in-ground vehicle hoists;
• Two (2) x three (3) post, in-ground vehicle hoists;
• The removal and replacement of associated works in order to accommodate the hoist replacement i.e. controls, electrical, mechanical, etc.

The construction of Phase 1 at Malton will be separated into 4 sub phases 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 and 1.4. Please reference the specifications and drawings for details.

Phase 2 - Central Parkway Terminal (Edward J. Dowling) – 975 Central Pkwy W (Building C)

• Seven (7) x two (2) post, in-ground vehicle hoists;
• One (1) x three (3) post, in-ground vehicle hoists;
• The removal and replacement of associated works in order to accommodate the hoist replacement i.e. controls, electrical, mechanical, etc.
