The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to pre-qualify the following disciplines to participate in an upcoming Request for Tender (RFT) process for the City’s Job Order Contracting (“JOC”) program for the repair, rehabilitation, and modernization of City facilities over a period of five (5) years:
Contractors must clearly demonstrate through this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) process that they have the capability, experience and resources to qualify for participation in the upcoming RFT process. The City retained the services of The Gordian Group, Inc. (“Gordian”) to develop, implement, and support a JOC program for the City. The Gordian JOC System includes proprietary eGordian® JOC Applications and Construction Task Catalog®, which shall be used by the Contractor to prepare and submit Job Order Quotes, subcontractor lists, and other requirements specified by the Owner.
