The City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking detailed proposals from construction firms to provide Construction Management Services for PFFC Rehabilitation located at Paramount Fine Foods Centre, Rose Cherry Place, Mississauga, ON L4Z 4B6. The proposed project includes the following three (3) major scope components; 1. PFFC Sportsplex Gym Addition - Raptors 905 (New Build) 2. PFFC Main Bowl (Arena) Rehabilitation 3. PFFC Life cycle Renovations The Successful Bidder will be part of a team formed by the City and consultants for the implementation of the project. Construction will be performed in an occupied building. A phased and sequenced approach to the execution of the multi-phase project will be required to minimize disruption to the operations at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre and to ensure public safety. |
