The City is seeking a survey solution that is capable of meeting its business and operational needs for an initial term of up to five (5) years with the potential of extension for an additional up to five (5) years terms. The proposed solution must be Software as a Service (SaaS) and must have been on the market for more than 2 years. The purpose of this project is to procure and implement a survey platform that is easy to create surveys, customized dashboards, and thorough survey analysis. The project includes configuration, subscription, licensing, professional services, integration to ActiveNet, Ticketmaster and be able to interface with PowerBI. The vendor should provide firm fixed pricing for the first five (5) years and for an additional up to five (5) optional years. The selected supplier will spend no more than (one) 1 month to install, configure, integrate with City’s systems, test the solution and train City staff on the survey solution.
