Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves Construction Services for Clarkson Yard (Depot) building renewal at 2167 Royal Windsor Dr, Mississauga, ON L5J 1K5 in an occupied and operational building including:

  • existing mechanical and electrical systems,
  • fire alarm and sprinkler systems upgrades,
  • building envelope components
  • interior upgrades.
  • fuel system upgrades
  • BAS and Lighting controls system upgrades
