The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to retain a qualified Consultant to provide Program Management and Strategic Support Services to its Rapid Transit Office on an as-needed basis.
Qualified Proponents Qualified Proponents are those that demonstrate similar past experience on large, complex, public infrastructure program in various phases with multiple stakeholders and involving non-traditional project delivery models, such as Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP). Proponents should have a core contingent of qualified staff who will provide the required level of program support services. Proponents should be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient capacity, resources, skills, and will to meet the City’s needs during the life of the contract.
