Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves:

Removal of existing rooftop units.

• Provide new rooftop units as noted in the contract documents including ductwork, electrical, natural gas, BAS integration and roof work.
• Interface File Room rooftop unit and Maintenance Room roofotp unit to BAS, provide new wall mounted temperature sensors.  Interlock new perimeter electronic heating control valves to BAS.
• Remove existing 6 Carrier VVT zone dampers and thermostats, existing VVT system controllers, by-pass controller and associated wiring.  Supply and install 6 new VVT zone dampers, controllers, by-pass damper and associated wiring – all by BAS Contractor Delta Controls.  Start-up and commission VVT system by Delta Controls.
• Complete the enclosed warranty contact information (refer to attachments, Project Summary And Warranty Contact Information).
• Contractor is advised that the building, except the areas affect by the Work, will remain open to the public during the course of the project for normal building operations.
