Description: 

The City owns and operates a portfolio of over 370 buildings of various age, size, function, and type. In the event that City facilities are impacted by emergencies such as fire, flood, vehicle impact, or other incidents that disrupt operations, the City requires immediate access to qualified vendors to perform emergency remediation, repair, and restoration services.

The City intends to establish a roster of qualified and experienced professional emergency remediation, repair, and reconstruction companies capable of providing complete remediation, repair, and reconstruction services for City properties on an “as and when requested” basis. Inclusion on the roster does not constitute a guarantee of work, volume of work, or exclusivity.
