Description: 

The City is seeking bids from qualified firms to support the Building Division team by providing plans review services primarily focused on small residential building permit applications on an as needed, as required basis. These applications could include, but not be limited to, projects related to additional residential units, accessory structures, additions, decks and porches, finished basements, etc.  There is no guarantee of work.
