Description: 

Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, this work involves the following: 

  • Removal of existing boiler, related exhaust (venting and combustion air) ducting, and affected water piping.
  • Supply and install three (3) new gas boilers.
  • Install additional roof penetrations to accommodate exhausting of additional boilers.
  • Ensure disturbances are to a minimum and have no effect on day-to-day operations.
