The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete consulting services for the design and implementation of the Redevelopment of Richards Memorial Park Comfort Station located at 804 Lakeshore Rd W, Mississauga, ON. 

Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, site plan approval, building envelope design, building code expertise, accessibility design, landscape design, cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the comfort stations mentioned above.  It is the intention of the City that the project complies with a minimum performance of Level 1 of the Corporate Green Building Standard.                                                                   

The Ontario Association of Architects Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services, Document 600, 2013 with City of Mississauga Supplementary Conditions will be used.
