The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete consulting services for the design and implementation of various building systems and components replacement and modification at Malton Community Center and Library.

Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified consulting firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise, cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the replacement of the listed 17 rooftop units in Schedule C, existing BAS (Ainsworth Inc.) and roofing review and design of the Malton CC and Library (the “project”).
