The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is looking to procure a contractor for the demolition of the existing five-building structures to expand Cooksville Parkland. Removal of single-family detached residential structures attached and/or detached garages, sheds, foundation walls, chimney, footings, and basement floors. The work also includes the removal of all on-site features such as asphalt paving, driveways, walkways, patios, porches, stairs, railings, decks, gardens, septic tanks, and similar improvements. The scope further includes backfilling of excavated areas, re-grading, reinstating ground with sodding, and restoring the site to a condition suitable for turnover to the City for future park use.
