Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Bids from qualified Bidders to provide consulting services to create a comprehensive Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Strategy for the City of Mississauga.

The deliverables include:

  • Best practice summary report of jurisdictional review of ARAO Strategies and their measurements
  • Best practice summary report of jurisdictional review of Equity Lens Tool and Related Resources
  • Benchmarking
  • A summary report of review of City’s EDI policies/plans/strategies identifying gaps in relation to the new Strategy
  • An ARAO Strategy with vision/mission/values/principles/measurements (KPIs)
  • An Action Plan addressing all four key areas (employer, policy maker, service provider, purchaser of good and services) with key performance indicators and outcome measurements for success for each action item
  • Engagement & communication plan/actions and summary report on engagement findings
  • Equity Lens Tool
  • Related Resources
  • An Equitable Community Engagement Charter and Implementation Plan

All work must be provided by a single supplier without use of any sub-consultants.
