The City is seeking detailed bids from construction firms to provide complete Construction Management Services for Central Annex Modifications for Battery Electric Buses Edward J. Dowling Transit Facility located at 975 Central Parkway West, Mississauga ON L5C 3B1.

The successful bidder will be part of a team formed by the City and consultants for the implementation of the project. 

The Construction Manager’s Fee will be a fixed fee as determined by the City and shown in the Schedule of Prices for all phases and is excluded from the Construction Budget. The Construction Manager’s Fee will be paid in accordance with the City of Mississauga Amendments to CCDC 5B – 2010 Contract.

The project has a Construction Budget of $17,500,000.00.  This amount excludes the Construction Manager’s Fee and HST.  This amount includes the Construction Manager’s General Expenses, which include the expenses listed in the Schedule of Prices on the City’s e-bidding system.  The Construction Manager’s General Expenses will be paid in accordance with the City of Mississauga Amendments to CCDC 5B – 2010 Contract.
