The City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide complete consulting services for the design and implementation of the Consulting Services for Ice Rink Facility Renewals – Tomken Twin Pad Arena and Paul Coffey Arena, located at: · Site A - Tomken Twin Pad Arena - 4495 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON L4W 1J9 · Site B - Paul Coffey Arena - 3430 Derry Road East, Mississauga, ON L4T 1A9 Through the process described in this RFP, the City will select a qualified architectural firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility for all necessary sub-consulting services, including but not being limited to engineering disciplines, building envelope design, building code expertise, interior design, furniture selection, space planning, accessibility design, landscape design, cost estimating, to provide full consulting services to plan, coordinate, design, produce contract documents, implement and administer the construction contract for the redevelopment of the Consulting Services for Ice Rink Facility Renewals – Tomken Twin Pad Arena and Paul Coffey Arena (the “project”).
