The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is looking to procure Construction Services for the renovation work within the Library, and exterior, along with roofing renewal throughout. The work would include the renewal of flooring throughout the library, construction of the new Makerspace and Studio, along with envelope improvements including, but not limited to, exterior door replacement, roofing and glazing work. More detailed information will be included in Appendix C - Statement of Work and Appendix E– Drawings and Technical Specifications documents. |
