Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure a General Contractor to replace portions of roof identified to have exceeded their repairable lifespan at the Meadowvale Four Rinks. The roof replacement is required to reduce maintenance costs and improve the day-to-day operations and condition of this public Facility. 


The project scope includes but is not limited to the following: 

  • Repairs to Sloped Metal Roof
  • Roof replacements for A1/B1, A5, A6, B4
  • New Walkways at C1.
  • New Ladders at B2, B3.

The site location is Meadowvale Four Rinks - 2160 Torquay Mews, Mississauga, ON L5N 2M6.
