The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is seeking to procure a qualified General Contractor to undertake the Phase 3 Renovation of the Animal Services Centre.
The Animal Services Centre building accommodates a range of animal services functions, including but not limited to public entrance and reception area, administrative offices, animal isolation and treatment areas, adoption rooms, kennels, dog runs, and an Education/Community Room used for both public and private programming.
 

The facility has undergone two prior renovations in recent years. Phase 1 consisted primarily of lifecycles upgrades to existing mechanical systems. Phase 2 focused on lifecycle upgrades to administrative and office areas.
Phase 3 of the renovation program will include upgrades and improvements to animal care areas, including animal isolation, treatment, and adoption rooms, as well as renovations to the Education/Community Room. The scope of work also includes the construction of new exterior dog runs and associated site works.
