The City of Mississauga (“the City”), invites qualified Bidders to submit bids for Consulting Services for Development Charges Study and Community Benefits Charges Strategy and related By‐Bylaws.
The Consultant should have demonstrated expertise in DC Act and Planning Act, growth forecasting, capital infrastructure planning, and financial modeling. Experience working with The contract will be for a two (2) year term, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The DC and CBC By‐laws must be Council approved by April 2027. Additional related work may be required under the contract, which the Consultant may perform with written authorization from the City's Contract Manager or designate. Subcontractors/subconsultants will only be allowed with written permission of the City. Refer to Appendix C – Statement of Work for more project details. |
