RFPQ Details Prime architectural consultants are hereby invited to submit their credentials to pre-qualify for an upcoming procurement process (Request for Proposals (RFP)) for the Prime Consultant for Renovations and Additions at Fire stations 102 and 108. It is the City’s intent that approximately five (5) top ranked respondents will be pre-qualified to bid on these and other projects over a period of five (5) years.
Background Mississauga Fire and Emergency Services (MFES) has 10 year capital plan to renovate thirteen (13) fire stations across the City of Mississauga (the “City”). The total construction/renovation cost for this portfolio is estimated to be approximately $40 - $45 million. Two Fire stations, FS 102 and FS 108 have been approved for renovation during 2022/2023. Locations and details of the remaining renovation projects will be announced to those Architectural firms that are short-listed through this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) process.
