The IT Infrastructures Services is issuing this Bid Request for the supply and delivery of Network Components for Data Centre in accordance with the Bill of Material. The objective of this RFT is to select a vendor than can provide the Panduit Network Components in accordance with the requested specifications and quantities as needed by the City of Mississauga (the “City”). By submitting unit prices for all mandatory and optional items, bidders agree to hold their prices for a period of 12 months. The award of contract (if any) will be made to the lowest acceptable Bidder overall. The successful Bidder must submit, if requested, manufacturer's descriptive literature and technical specifications of the products, commodities or services offered, within five (5) working days of request at no cost to the City. Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they are fully authorized to represent the items Bid, that they have the appropriate experience to service an account such as the City’s, and that they are established and organized in a manner that ensures that they will be able to continue to meet the City’s needs over time. |
