The Benares Estate House is located at 1503 Clarkson Road North in the city of Mississauga, Ontario. The two-story building (with a basement) was built in 1857, renovated in 1992 and contains 437 square meters of area. The building is used for tours and educational purposes and is eligible as a Heritage building. Mechanical equipment and other building system equipment are located in the basement and attic space. The project scope involves the replacement of; Mechanical Equipment, Water Treatment System, Controls, Electrical Power Feeds/Disconnects, Fencing around Condensing Units, and make good any penetrations as per Heritage requirements. |
