| Description: |
The Parks, Forestry and Environment Division under Community Services for the City of Mississauga invite structural engineers from firms to submit a proposal for the collection of information, pictures and assessment of Park Structures – predominantly picnic and shade structures with some parks bunkers. The vendor shall be responsible for data accuracy and ensure that both surface condition data collected and digital images are referenced in accordance to the park and park structure itself. The City of Mississauga staff will be responsible for loading the information collected into Infor. The Vendor will be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of 78 park structures within our various parks. This data will be collected and included in the PF&E Asset Management Program, and will be used as a basis for forecasting future rehabilitative needs. The City of Mississauga is looking for a competent and qualified bidder that can complete the collection of condition assessments, data collection and digital images in a thorough, efficient, effective, and accurate manner. The City expects that data and images will be collected during the fall 2024 and winter 2025. |
